Altho the trip is not for another 2 weeks I simply cannot hide my excitement. Yeay! The last proper holiday that I had was in July last year!
It's gonna be Paddy's day this coming monday but heck I'm gonna be working anyway. Spoil ler... But it's gonna be doublepay (plus an extra day in lieu) so lantak la..
It's almost mid month but surprisingly I'm not broke (yet)... So far I've treated myself to few clothing items and a book (a must) and some DVDs (that I have yet to watch) and I've sent my monthly commitment nyer duit to Malaysia and I've also lodged some money into the selamatkanharituayangmendatang account.
I feel good.
Am gonna shower and head to his house. But I'm planning to stop by kt kedai halal to buy some meat coz I wanna make Karipap!!!!!

Today is Monday so tomorrow is Doomsday???
I am tired. Really, really tired.
Came home to wonderful smell of ikan goreng sambal and it lived up to the kewangian and I am now full (still tired la).
Read thru the booklet sent by Brightwater and I am ashamed to say that I am tempted to tukar kerje because the salary being offered for the same position that I currently hold is sooo besar so very different and just think of the things that I could do with the money??? But that's just greed talking la... I am more than happy, more than comfortable with this company. But I still think that I lack the proper and appropriate knowledge.
I am now holed up in my room waiting to tido (more like pengsan adalah)....

On P...
P is for Power, Politics, People's choice/Voice, Partnership? etc...
Malaysian have spoken and some of the casualties are actually good politicians. It's clear (to me,at least) that Malaysians are retaliating against the ruling party but unfortunately, people like Shahrizat Jalil ended up being outvoted. I think she is a good Menteri but it does not hurt to give Nurul Izzah a chance to prove herself kan? If only they can and would team up as Sharizat could guide her and give good advice as to what she could do and needs to do. After all, these people are running the country bukannye tadika, so a bit of tunjuk ajar here and there wouldn't hurt right? Lagipun Nurul Izzah is part of golongan pelapis.
Not winning the 2/3 parliment Majority is actually a good wake up call for our Gov. They must've realised by now that they are not invincible. Truth be told, I am not fond of NEP cause to me, NEP menguntungkan People With Cable and not the rakyats. What we should have is a Help Plan that fits the different (financial/education/health) needs of our fellow countrymen sebabnye orang susah takde mengikut kaler kulitnye. It's high time we regard ourself as Bangsa Malaysia and not Melayu, Cina, India dan lain-lain. If our forefathers boleh duduk semeja and makan-makan and lepak-lepak and fight for the freedom of our nation bersame-same kenape kite tak boleh? We should help retain this freedom of ours bersame-same because in the end kite sume Malaysians and not Melayu, Cina, India dan lain-lain.
Hopefully, the Gov is tersedar enough to take more serious actions on issues like price hikes (oil,necessities and etc), rising crime rates (esp corruption) and of course Perpaduan Negara. But it is still up to us, the citizens, to follow the Undang-undang Negare. Yelah, kalau setakat undang-undang kawkaw nyer in place tapi people choose to ignore tak boleh la nak salahkan Gov kan?
Inflation is inevitable but surely there must be some sort of economics plan/policy (a contingent plan, I suppose?) to help cushion the impact during bad times? Kite pon cannot rely 100% on our Gov, kite pon kene ade savings untuk rainy days. Our Gov is certainly not perfect but the People With Power must learn from past mistakes and not repeat them.

I should have bought the dvds when HMV had the promotions okay! now, nyesal tak sudah2. ade ke patut from €15, skang the price dh jadik the original price lik which is wayyyyyy out of my budget (lam €70).
And I dunno how to download the cerite from tenet... ala susah tol jadik bute IT nih....
I know they'll have the show later today kat UITV tp I wanna go to his house and dieorg manede channel tuh......

Had a fun day yesterday buat Nasik Kerabu for Kak Yati's in-advance bday celebration. Alhamdulillah jadik la juge ye masakan tuh altho I did almost ruined the kerabu by doing somthing silly. Sorry yer...
I like cooking/baking/creating/doing something new cause if I messed up I can easily say; this is my first attempt la...
Hehehehe.....
So far, I've tried cooking/making Laksa Sarawak, Laksa Johor, Nasik Kerabu, Nasik Minyak, Kerabu Epal, Sate, Nasik Ayam, Tiramisu etc.... and so far I'm pretty happy with the end results (I'm a good pemakan)...
Skang leh la try masak Nasik Dagang plak. And, I'm not learning all these masakan just because of him but because I truly enjoy these dishes esp Laksa Sarawak and Nasik Dagang. Kat Sarawak, I used to have Nasik Dagang only during the weekends cause there's this family la kan(from Kelantan I assume), they sell Nasik Dagang @ Pasar Minggu Satok and mmg have to go really early kalau tak, boleh kempunan... Before this family ade, I've never tasted Nasik Dagang before.... I wonder if they're still there, selling....
There's loads of Malaysian cuisine that I find delicious and can proudly say that they melambangkan the warnawarni of Malaysians. Mi Sapi is one of my favourite and the best kopitiam selling Mi Sapi is the one in Satok but Laksa Sarawak is definitely my faveretestofthefaveret and I do have a lot of faveret....
I want Aiskrim Potong! Flav - Red Bean la....
